About The Author

I’ve wanted to be a writer since I was a kid. So naturally I got my degree in computer science and became an IT business analyst. Along the way I took detours through the comic book industry, eventually coming full circle to my first love.

The very first books I remember reading were The Hobbit and The Lion The Witch and the Wardrobe. I started playing Dungeons & Dragons back when it came in a red box. Suffice to say, I enjoy fantasy, but I was always drawn to more modern and futuristic worlds thanks to my love of military action adventures, superheroes, and (nearly) all things Star Wars.

Thing is... although my taste in entertainment mostly revolves around science fiction, superheroes, and the supernatural, my earliest inspiration to want to tell stories came from reading the New War era of The Executioner. See, I also love revenge flicks, gangster stories, and all things military from GI Joe to Hurt Locker.

Hence I’ve never been able to tie myself to a genre. The connecting theme between all of my work is hard hitting, gritty, action oriented stories. My heroes are almost always of the anti variety, good people fighting against the dark world around them.

Back in the day, they used to call those Pulps. Let me introduce you to New Pulp.
